Broken tiles let water straight into the roof space. We replace them, re-bed and re-point the ridges, and check the rest of the roof while we're up there.
Damp patches, brown water stains or mould on the ceiling usually mean water is getting in through the roof. We find where it's coming in, fix the cause and check the roof space.
From one cracked tile to a full re-roof, on homes and commercial buildings across Sydney. Plus video and photo roof inspection reports, so you see exactly what we found.

An ADKO customer on her experience
★★★★★
I needed to find a reliable and capable roofing contractor to repair a roof leak at my parents house after a previous contractor left them in the lurch and unable to resolve the issue. ADKO was recommended to me by my property manager...and they did not disappoint. We felt at ease from the moment Yianni came to do the initial consultation and clearly explained what needed to be done, our interactions with Adam regarding the quote and scope was efficient, Dylan & team completed the works on site with care and attention to detail, right through to Natasha in the office - the entire team was competent and professional, a pleasure to communicate with. I wouldn't hesitate in referring ADKO to family and friends.
★★★★★
I couldn’t recommend ADKO enough! It’s rare to find a company that’s this professional, reliable and time efficient. Will use them again in the future if needed.
★★★★★
The initial consult was prompt, professional and gave us confidence to proceed. Upon approval of quotes, material deliveries and the installation team arrived on the agreed day. During the first week (five sunny days!) the team were diligent, friendly and courteous. Couldn't ask for better. A progress update later. And the final result was outstanding. Including a scrupulous cleanup at the end.
